in 1998. Partners of HADARA recognized the need within the
national and international Market for consultancy firms that
mobilize and empower young well educated professionals. who are
eager to invest their international education, skills and
individual experience, in contribution to the development and
improvement of their communities. |

HADARA builds upon the wealth of experience and knowledge gained
by its partners over a period of 15 years in advisory
services, research, projects formulation and design; and capacity
building. |

HADARA activities focuses on communities with both its’ wide and
narrow definition, in order to improve its environment, economy
and health. The strategy encompasses three different
interventions within HADARA core expertise-HADARA partners,
associates and staff participate in the following intervention

The
first is, Advisory Services, in this field HADARA act as
designers and planners of projects of Housing & Real Estate,
Architecture & Environmental Design, Development & Planning and
Renovation & Upgrading. HADARA advises decision-makers,
programmer/projects implementers/developers and non
governmental organizations working in their communities. It
concentrates also, on assisting developers/providers of urban
and rural services in designing and formulating their projects/programmers.
In addition to improving their performance and their products. |

The
Second is, Research within which, data are gathered that
indicate the origins and consequences of present and future
policies, actions and measures, that report on trends taking
place in the urban and rural sector, providing decision-makers,
donors and local bodies with updated analysed information on
various developmental issues (environment, land, health, poverty
and housing). |

The
Third is, Training which aims at building capacities for
Institutional Change and Policy Reform at National, Governorate
and Local level to ensure that the human resources required for
the improvement of the living conditions for the population are
set in place. The target group for training is found in the
governmental, non-governmental and the private sector. |

experienced in advisory, research, and training services from
their work as university and research institutes professors.
