HADARA Architecture Branch focuses on architecture designs, community design, site planning , green architecture and environmental design. HADARA consultants are experts in advisory services ,research and training activities including design, competitions and project management. They designed and developed several projects which include offices, residential, commercial, recreational and educational complexes, for national and international entities.

SANDORINI COUNTRY CLUB RESORT CAIRO – ALEX. ROAD.

Egypt. Master plan, horse riding area, shooting club and country club on a 50 fed. The country club contains administration building, restaurant, multi-purpose hall, gymnasium, cabins, swimming pool area, squash, tennis courts and playgrounds. Works included full support facilities, park, commercial centers, and complete road and other infrastructure.

LAURENT COMPLEX - ALEXANDRIA, EGYPT.

Design and construction documents for a residential and commercial complex on a 2,400 m² site, consisting of a commercial mall occupying ground and mezzanine floors, a basement floor for car-parking and other services, and three, 11-storey residential towers forming a U-shape facing Alexandria coastal boulevard.

PORCELAIN FACTORY AT SADAT CITY, EGYPT.

Design and construction documents for a tile producing factory of 31,000 m² in built-up area with multi-bay steel-portal frames with spans up to 30 m and height up to 22 m, complex machine foundations, several ancillary concrete service and administration buildings, production and storage facilities, services for industrial machinery and equipment, and an industrial wastewater treatment plant.

COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN MADINET NASR, EGYPT.

Design and construction documents for a 11storey building, with 8 residential floors , 3 commercial floor and a basement for car parking of a total built-up area of 3,500 m².

ROYAL VILLA COMPLEX, CAIRO, EGYPT.

Designing and preparing the master plan of two royal villas, on 2,500 m², at Cairo Alexandria Desert Road.

RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN SIX OF OCTOBER CITY, EGYPT.

Design and construction documents for a 4-storey building, with 4 residential floors and a basement for car parking of a total built-up area of 2,500 m².

MADINAH APARTMENT BUILDING, SAUDI ARABIA.

Design and supervision of construction for a 16-floor commercial/residential building of a built-up area of 21,000 m² consisting of 56 apartments, 3 basements, car-parks, shopping area, roof helipad, central air-conditioning and automatic fire-fighting system.

COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN MADINAH, SAUDI ARABIA.

Design and construction documents for a 4-5-storey building, with 3-4 residential floors and 1 commercial floor, of a total built-up area of 4,200 m².

NILE GATEWAY II OFFICE BUILDING, EGYPT.

Design for a 5-floor, 60,000 m² office building including supporting facilities such as upper scale restaurant, health club, food court, 2-level underground car-parking for 300 cars, landscaping and outdoor piazza.

QATAR TELECOMMUNICATIONS NEW HEADQUARTERS, QATAR.

Design and construction documents for the administrative office complex including a 12-storey main administration building founded on piles, 5-storey public access building, 4-storey staff car-park, public open-air plaza and landscaped areas incorporating a partially shaded car-park; of a built-up area of 34,000 m².

BEIRUT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, TERMINAL BUILDING, LEBANON.

Design, construction documents, project management and supervision of construction for the extension of the main terminal building to meet the demands of 6 million passengers per year, including a new terminal building with 22 passenger gates, departure and arrival halls, 6,000 m² duty free shopping area, VIP lounges, restaurants, open-type holdrooms, a new air traffic control tower, administration offices and workshops. Total built-up area is 155,000 m².

EDUCATIONAL CENTER IN MADINAH, SAUDI ARABIA.

Design and construction documents for a 3-storey buildings, including lecture rooms, laboratories, library, educational working rooms, multi-purpose hall, cafeteria, gymnasium, ,mosque and playing courts on area of 12,000 m2.

PRIVATE VILLA AT MADINET EL-SHEROOK CITY, EGYPT.

Designing and preparing the master plan of two villa on 1,000 sq.m. in the residential complex at 3th district.

EVALUATION OF APPLICATION OF THE LAWS & REGULATION IN ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN PROJECTS.

The case study focused on the analysis of cross relationships between Environmental design laws and regulations and the final output of projects. It addresses the difficulties of applying such regulations resulting from conflicts of laws and lack of power, skills and experience at the local level.

MANAGEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN PROJECTS AND CITY EXPANSION

The course introduced new forms of urban environmental design and strategic planning as well as action planning techniques that are immediately applied in practical exercises carried out on selected Localities in Egypt.
