Planning and designing the neighborhood which composed of 4000
dwelling units, 200 villas on plot sizes ranging from 600 to
2000 sq.ms. the neighborhood includes health, commercial,
administrative and religious facilities. |

Site planning and detailed design for an office park on a site
area of 190,000 m², with a total office built-up area of 118,000
m². The design of the 18 office buildings integrates several
prototype designs for 4-level buildings, and aims to create a
state-of-the-art business environment. Works include vehicular
and pedestrian circulation, services, landscape, and
accessibility and parking facilities. |

community including 79 luxury villas of 9 sizes and types,

Design for public buildings of 8,000 m² built-up area in a
prestigious 470 ha development, oriented around an inland
lagoon, with 450 residential plots, 320 condominiums, 150-guest
room hotel, 200-boat marina, recreation and commercial
facilities, and a vehicle filling station, including cafeteria,
boat showroom, car wash facilities, underground tanks, shops and
a prayer hall. Project included basis of building regulations. |

ASSESSMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS IN SELECTED VILLAGES OF
BEHAIRA , SHARKIA &QALUBIA GOVERNORATES. |

HADARA conducted a preliminary survey of environmental problems
in selected villages of the governorates of Behaira, Sharkia,
and Qalubia for the general organization for physical planning.
In Shoubra Khiet- Behaira, kafr Sakr-Sharkia and toukh-Qalubia.
The survey was designed to provide and assessment of prevailing
environmental conditions and practices in the villages of those
selected centers, and provide a viable plan of action for
critical environmental problems. |
