The training course is focusing on defining the meaning of
cultural heritage, the concept of conservation of historical
areas, its origin, meaning, tools and different strategies
within a comprehensive role of urban development. The course
also focuses on the problem of lacking clear laws and
regulations that govern any development and the most recent
techniques to qualify valuable historical buildings and areas
that worth to be conserved and improved. |
